If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept the return of any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund. (we apologize but return postage is not refundable)
However, for safety and hygiene reasons, soaps, salve, oils, etc cannot be returned for a refund.

Breakage in shipping
All items are shipped insured. All refunds for shipping damage must be claimed through the US Postal Service.
We carry all tracking numbers on every shipment. If you have any difficulties with the USPS, please contact us.
